In-House Since 1985

Research & Development

Advancing rubber roller and abrasive technology through rigorous lab testing and real-world mill validation.

Our Approach

Innovation Driven by
Real Mill Feedback

Gold Mohur Overseas has maintained an in-house R&D facility since 1985. Our research focuses on rubber compounding, abrasive bonding technology, and grain-specific roller optimisation.

The development of our Parboiled Paddy Rolls — now capable of processing up to 750 MT per pair — came directly from customer feedback collected in West Bengal and Bangladesh mills.

R&D Outcomes

What Our R&D Has Delivered

01

In-House PF Resin

BIMEL RESINS PVT. LTD. ensures fresh, specification-grade phenol formaldehyde resin in every roller we manufacture.

02

30% Longer Roller Life

Validated in field trials — our nitrile compound outlasts industry-standard alternatives by 20–30% in continuous operation.

03

750 MT Parboiled Capacity

Our parboiled paddy roll processes up to 750 MT per pair — developed from direct field feedback in WB and Bangladesh mills.

04

Optimised Hardness Profile

90–95 Shore A nitrile compound with low heat buildup — engineered for extended continuous operation without hardness loss.

05

Vitrico Grinding Wheels

Launched in 2010 — vitrified grinding wheels (4 to 40 inch) designed in-house for precision rice polishing.

How We Work

Our Innovation Process

01

Field Problem Collection

Mills report specific challenges — grain breakage, heat issues, wear rates. We document and classify each problem.

02

Lab Testing

Rubber formulation and abrasive compound testing in our in-house lab — hardness, wear, heat resistance profiling.

03

Field Trial

New compound tested in partner mills under real operating conditions before any production changes.

04

Full Production Rollout

Only after field validation passes do we update our production specification — no shortcuts.
